Join us for an organized group ride on Zwift. 5 Laps of The 6 Train 4.7 mile Loop. The ride is a group ride format which starts with a 4.7 mile ‘lead-in’ and warm-up lap at sub 2.0 w/kg, followed by a solid group bunch-up at 2.2-2.7 w/kg for 3 laps, then if feeling like riding angry, the last lap can be a hot one, 3.0-3.5 w/kg avg or finish up as you feel.
The pack will naturally split in the second and third lap as the pace rises. Find your group and work together. This is NOT INTENDED TO BE A RACE, so let’s stay together for a few laps, enjoy the ride and have fun!

To join you must request to follow [BethelCycleWorks] on Zwift so we can add you to the Meetup
If you experience technical issues, lost connections, dropped chain, or a kid screaming in the background you can rejoin the group by restarting Zwift. Close out of the current ride and start from the main menu. Your trainer and HR monitors will quickly pair. Click New York as where you want to go and you will see a list of riders you follow who are currently ‘Zwifting’. Click on [BethelCycleWorks] to Meetup with that rider and you will be dropped right back in with the group. Or if you were riding alongside another rider and want to rejoin that pace/group, click on his/her name and you will put back into that group. BECAUSE YOU ARE NO LONGER PART OF THE ORIGINAL MEETUP, YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT THE TURNS TO STAY ON THE PLANNED ROUTE WITH THE GROUP. IT WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY DO IT FOR YOU.
