The 'D' Clutter Ride

Join Dave and friends on one of these fun rides and ‘D’ Clutter your brain from the work week. Our Saturday morning ride is group friendly…even if your ride leaders name in the peleton is ‘Angry Dave":) This is a C Group pace ride. 15-17 mph average. 25-30 miles. This is a NO DROP RIDE! If you have never ridden with a group or need special attention, Dave will be more than willing to accommodate. It is intimidating to ride in large groups when you first start off, so if you need assistance or a refresher he will be sure to help. His goal is to make your ride as enjoyable as possible.

The ride leaves Bethel Cycle Works at 8:00am SHARP!

Rides require an appropriate bike in good working order, helmet. spare tube, energy food, maybe a little cash in case we stop, and your biggest smile! LIGHTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE RIDE! Many rides are held subject to weather although we do ride in light weather. It's a good idea to confirm dates, time and any specific requirements, too. We'll see you out there - and have fun!

Our goal is to make every ride as enjoyable and safe as possible. However, we cannot guarantee anybody’s safety. We rely on all riders to use proper riding techniques and if you are unsure of proper etiquette or proper technique please ask. We are here to help. There are unknown and unforeseen potential hazards in every ride so we do expect all riders to pay attention and take reasonable precautions. Helmets are required. If you choose to listen to music during rides we request you only use the headset in the right ear and keep the headset out of the left ear. Communication is essential during all rides and having the ability to hear is a part of your responsibility to others. Please also ride within your limitations. We are not racing the Tour de France. If we see that you are not riding within your limitations or are becoming a hazard to others we will bring this to your attention We do this for your and everybody’s safety.

Also, it is everybody’s responsibility to follow all traffic laws. We are not lemmings. Just because somebody does something foolish does not mean you need to follow. Use your head and enjoy your ride.
